Shipping Policy

After our item is shipped to the customer, we will allow a 30-day refund if the product is not working anymore or if it is broken. We will also have a online service that allows customers to reach out directly to us if there are any shipping problems or if any information needs to be provided. We will also have an automated system that will send an email or text whichever way the customer chooses. This message/email will be sent after the product is shipped asking if they are satisfied with the product and if they have any questions.
